From The First Meeting With Us… You’ll Know That We’re Different

Why? We’re the modern attorneys who do some things the old-fashion way. WE MAKE HOUSECALLS! We don’t believe our clients should have to take time from their busy day, try to find a high-rise office building, and then pay $15 in parking just to meet with us.

Instead, we believe that WE should travel to YOU. Whether it’s your place of business, residence, coffee shop, wherever is convenient to you, that’s where our meeting can take place. Of course, if you prefer to come to us that’s just fine—you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Erie from the lovely shores of Sheffield Lake.

Diana Jancura

Diana is the founding owner of the firm and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, post-mortem planning, guardianships, and residential real estate

Diana works closely with her clients and their families to design comprehensive estate plans that will not only dispose of assets at death but, more importantly, provide mental and financial security for the short- and long-term future of her clients.

As part of her pro-bono work to the community, Diana serves on the boards of Volunteer Guardianship Program of Lorain County and Lutheran Metropolitan Ministeries Elder Pillar and also serves as counsel where she advises on legal obligations of guardians and technical aspects of incompetency.

She also serves as Chair of the Sheffield Lake Zoning Board of Appeals.

Twice a year, she participates in Senior Law Clinics with Legal Aid of Lorain where she instantly and single-handedly drafts estate plans for seniors free of charge. Diana has spoken at numerous seminars and presentations on a wide variety of topics for both lay-people and professionals.

Prior to founding the firm, Diana worked with both large and small law firms, in Downtown Cleveland and its suburbs. Even before attending law school, Diana worked as a probate/estate planning secretary and legal assistant and has assisted in administering hundreds of trusts and estates, and has drafted and reviewed thousands of trusts as part of a “trust audit” while clerking in law school.

Diana believes it is this long-term experience, from secretary to attorney, that has allowed her to develop efficient and practical skills to serve her clients as expeditiously and cost-efficiently as possible—while still providing high quality representation characteristic of a traditional Cleveland law firm.

Diana is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association where she served as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section for 2005-2006. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Justinian Forum.

Diana attended Cleveland-Marshall Collage of Law and received her J.D. in 1998. While attending, she also served as Business Editor for the Cleveland Marshall Law Review and won the Sidney J. Levine Award for Outstanding Legal Writing.

In her spare time, Diana enjoys card making and all things paper-related, cooking for friends and family, baking, and, of course, her special penchant for Manolo Blahniks.
